Penny Cook co-founded Rock Valley Appraisal in 1998 and received her license in January 2000. She then received her certification in 2001. She has extensive experience appraising both residential and commercial properties in south-central Wisconsin including Single Family Residences, 2-4 Unit Income Properties, Condominiums, Vacant Land, Farmettes, Waterfront, Relocation, Review Appraisals, Estates, REO's, Litigation and Consulting. She is the Owner and President of Rock Valley Appraisal.
